  3. Approval Process: Advertisers must submit all ad creatives and related materials for review. Approval must be obtained prior to the scheduling and airing or publication of any advertisement.

  4. Payment Terms: Custom pricing agreements and payment terms will be outlined in the final advertising contract. All invoices are payable within the terms specified in the contract.

  5. Liability: Meizon Radio is not liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from the content of third-party advertisements.

  6. Modification and Cancellation: Any changes to the advertising schedule or creative materials must be communicated in writing. Cancellation policies shall be governed by the terms of the final contract.

  7. Intellectual Property: Advertisers must ensure that all ad content is original or properly licensed, and that Meizon Radio is granted the necessary rights to use, display, and distribute the materials as agreed.
