Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim has affirmed that he has "no regrets" about accepting the role, despite acknowledging doubts about the timing of his appointment.
The 40-year-old, who replaced Erik ten Hag in November, has faced a challenging start with the Red Devils. Under his leadership, the team has secured only six Premier League victories and is on course for their lowest finish since 1990.
Ahead of Sunday’s clash with Bournemouth, Amorim expressed satisfaction with his decision to take on the job mid-season. He stated, “No regrets. Not at this moment. If you had asked me four months ago, amidst all the challenges, I might have felt I should have waited until the start of the season. But now, I believe this experience will benefit us in the future.”
